would add an inch to all those like other poster said.
seriously, 14inch doesn't look like jack**** on a 6foot frame unless you're 6' and 135lbs
EDIT:
Also no offense but your arms seriously don't look 17inch cold (closer to 16s). If they are, you have a huge amount of subcutaneous fat on them and they're probably closer to 15-16lean (that is if you didn't measure 17 whilst pumped)

i dunno. mayb it does to others. i get complimented alot that my arms r relatively bigger compared to other body parts. but thats when my shirt is off. im not one for wearing singlets in public as much, as i still have the mentality that im skinny. which is probably y i hit my arms hard at the gym. but yea, when i look in the mirror, i swear it looks like i dont lift... 100% srs.. i would b satisfied with 19-20" arms i reckon for being 6ft.
my transformation for any1 interested ---> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=139014603

Yeah also once you get older you'll probably have a different view as well.
At your age, 17" arms are huge, probably no one you know your age has anywhere near that size unless they have fatceps.
All perspective I guess, some people tell me I'm huge and to not get any bigger, others say I should get bigger and more ripped.
I personally don't feel big very often, especially when at the gold coast and everyone's jacked.
So I'd like to get 18 - 19" arms, I view 20" - 22" arms as 'huge'. Though 17"+ is still impressive.

a lot of people are frauding or include their ego when measuring. Just to give you an idea of legit stats.. Frank Zane had 17 inchers in contest and he was fooking juicy.. mike mentzer had 18.5 and most people dont even wanna be that big.
So in reality a true lean 16 inch arm on an average height(5'10) is fking big for a natural.. if you have superior genetics you could hit 17 but if you think you can get any bigger than that natural you are delusional.
