Bf makes a huge difference. I had 17.25's at 18 years old with like 15+ bodyfat %. Now theyre about 16" amd look much bigger/better imo

At 6' and 15% bf or less I'd say it's pretty clear you hit the gym regularly at ~14.5 inches, "big" starts at 15.5ish, and "hyooge" starts at 16.5ish
