I started lifting two years ago. I was 250 pounds and who know how much body fat, maybe 30 percent. I had 18" fatceps. Today I am 12 percent body fat, 183 pounds and 16.5" arms flexed.

They do look big, but they aren't big enough. They do look soft, but when I touch them its obvious theres little fat and the width is due to muscle. My forearms let me down IMO; just normal size maybe 1inch or so larger...never isolated forearms but am gonna try a pure arms day on Sat so will throw in some forearms to get a better balance.

Kinda lol'd at anyone thinking sub 15s can be seen as big unless you're like 5"5 and vascular.

15" ripped is a good sized arm, I don't give a sh*t what anyone says. You guys have the "rear view" mirror vision where everything appears smaller than it really is. To an average joe, 15" is big.

Personal opinion is a little bit of fat will make you look better with a shirt on, but lean makes you look better with a shirt off.

6ft....200 lbs.....13-15% bf atm bulking for the winter. been working out for 1.5 years and started with 11.75 arms and 126 lbs. my arms are still small looking at 15.25 inches :/ hard as **** to get arms to grow when you're taller !

Mine were 18" when I started. Dont have much fat on arms, maybe 1", its mostly in my gut. And I have very poor bicep genetics.

when cut I was 15.5''
