OP, the truth is you look like you were born a Beta from your initial body structure / poses. No matter how tall you are, bicycles you run, or people you try to imitate you will always be a beta because at the end of the day nature always beats nurture. i never said it was a transformation, i just made a pic from last year at same time of that time this year.

i dont care what any people on this site say, i know that i made progress, when i started my arms were 12 inches now they are 16, my BF is lower and every thing about me is better looking than when i started, and thats all that matters, while i may not have made some crazy progress i did make progress, what have you done in the last year ?

also that pic is like 6 months old v made more progress lately. Im only young i dont expect to be massive and ripped after 1 year, not even after 2 years, when im 21 i think ill be happy
