here's my diet for this program. I eat the same thing everyday, except on off days I may get a few cheat snacks just to boost insulin levels. maxfightmaster will be posting his as well. we just gotta work out a couple things real quick. keep in mind I take a shake whenever I feel hungry haha. which is all the damn time.

I am going to be weighing myself in tomorrow morning.
My diet has been a bit different than usual (incorporating more carbohydrates):
M1 - 2 scoops whey, 1 cup oats
M2 - 8oz tuna, 1 cup oats
M3 - 8oz chicken breast, 2 cups brown rice
M4 - 2 scoops whey, 1oz almonds
M5 - 8oz lean red meat/salmon burgers/chicken, 1 cup mixed green veggies
M6 - 2 scoops whey, 1oz almonds
I have been sticking to this diet as it is the diet I was instructed to follow as per Alex Azarian's consultation.
I also have a 10lb tub of Real Gains coming my way.Not a Driven Sports representative, idiots.

Your macros are all over the place. Set protein at 320 and set your your carbs at 400. Make sure they stay at those amounts every single day, except one day a week you can have a cheat meal.

No need to load much but just take in 3-5 grams of creatine per day. Good solid gain, but we will probably see that slow next week. No changes this week.

Didn't increase that protein up to where I recommended. Almost, but not there yet. Increase protein to 220 grams per day and leave carbs where they are. Come on brother. It's a formula. Leave any part of the formula out and your not going to get what you want. Drop of 5 lbs is pretty substantial. Hopefully this will level off by next week.Lets get to work
