Smile Me starting the SS program (my hope is to last 6 month with it)

Hi whatsup every one my name is netanel and Im from israel

After i finished my 12 month transformation Im starting the SS program if you guys want i will publish a full artical on it

My states after i finished the transformation was:

    hight:6.62
    weight:207 lbs
    body%:10

I finished my transformation 2 month ago and I started the SS program on 15.9.15
In the SS program you start by doing a 1 month of reset so from the 9.15.15-15.10.15 i deload my weights on the main lifts to 70% of my RM5 and progressed from there until Iv reached to them again on the 15.10.15
The reason you need to do it is 2 things
1.you need to let your body to recover from your old activity (for me it was 12 month of low calories diet and high cardio activity)
2."teach" your body to progress from workout to workout

My 5RM on the main lifts in 15.9.15 was

    Deadlift:335 lbs
    Squat:245 lbs
    Front squat:190 lbs
    Bench press:190 lbs
    p.c:190 lbs
    O.H.P:123 lbs

I know I was'nt that strong but keep in mind that i focused on my looks NOT my strengh and athletic preformence for 12 month

After only 1 month of actuall work my current RM5 is

    Deadlift:405 lbs
    Squat:280 lbs
    Front squat:235 lbs
    Bench press: 240 lbs
p.c: 235 lbs still working on the movment
    O.H.P:145 lbs

So i gained good weight on this 1 month of work

Also i gained 33 LBS to my body weight (yeah Im a fast gainer)

My hope's for today is to get to 450 on the deadlift 315 on the squat and 260 on my bench before I do my first reset! (on the deadlift specificly i want to get to 450 LBS with no starp and regular grip right now i managed to do 405 lbs)

I currently eating about 3500-4000 clories (im a big guy) that made of 210-270 grams of protein 350-450 grams of carbs and 80-120 grams of fat

Im also doing so low intensity cardio for recovery and so I wont store to much extra fat

I will update this log every week or so, and every month ill post my new weights!

I also have a youtube channel ******** page twitter and instegram that you can follow (N4Fitness)

Hope to see you around Netanel =)
