    do
    mon: chest+calves monday
    tues: back and legs
    wed: shoulders/arms
    thurs: break
    friday: chest+calves(lower vol)
    sat: back and legs(lower vol)
    sunday: shoulder/arms(lower vol)

or after thurs you could just deadlift/squat/and bench press in 1 day and take the rest of the days off.

You can use a basic calculator to figure out your daily caloric needs.

    http://nutritiondata.self.com/tools/calories-burned

Then, if you want to gain weight, add ~250-500 calories to what is listed and try to hit that every day. If you see the weight on the scale slowly increasing, stay at that calorie intake. If the weight isn't moving at all or going down, then up it another ~250-500 calories until you see a slow progression upwards. Don't overdo it though.
