been to pakistan, not one gym was seen. not to mention people there don't generally eat heavy...too poor.

lolwut. I'm from Pakistan and we got a lot of gyms plus many calisthenics / fitness programs going on. People here might be poor, but since we're primarily an agricultural economy, our diets are pretty heavy. Add to that the fact that most of our diet has lots of cooking oil in it, and it's a recipe for a skinny fat body.
