question. im under the impression that there are different types of "abs". for example, "runners" and "fighters" abs. runners being much more defined and cut, and fighters being much more bulky and pushed out. now ive been tring to get my 6 pack to show for quite some time. i guess my frame isnt built for those runners abs so ive been tring to get those bulky abs. either way... I WANT THEM. any tips, tricks, exercise and/ or nutrition plans would be gratefully appreciated. thanx

As far as the shape your abs will take, I think all depends on genetics, some people have a hollow space in the middle of their abdominals, others have long and zig-zaggy horizontal lines. The number of exercises, sets or reps won't determine how ripped your abs are going to come out (that's where the diet and cardio comes in), but only build them.
Think of it as something being stuck inside an ice cube, all you really do is chip the pieces away for whatever it is to take shape and form, you can't change what it is, but you can change how clear you can see it by melting the area around it
