Skinny guy, how many calories needed daily?

    My stats.
    -20 year old male.
    -5'10
    -150-155 lbs. (skinny as fawk)

    Want to be 190 lbs.

Recently got all the proper foods/supps to start BULKING. Now I'm wondering how many calories I should be taking in daily. How many meals should I have so I know how many calories to distribute to each meal? Anything would help guys, I'm pretty new to eating healthy and would like to make the absolute best of my new found inspiration to lift!

Not that difficult to figure out. And the number of meals you decide to consume your calories in, is largely a matter of personal preference.

First, you need to learn how much protein and dietary fat you need to consume at a minimum, to reach sufficiency. And you need to learn how to use those figures to calculate total caloric intake properly.

Again, you also should know that meal timing, and frequency...are largely irrelevant in terms of bodyweight and composition. Thus you need not consume calories "X" amount of times per day.

You'll find some usage out of these stickies...
