    Lightbulb 2013: The COLD WAR

Time... to rebuild. Finally back to the basics... bigger, faster, stronger... until I no longer recognize the shadow of that skinny kid blowing in the wind...

    Welcome to my 2013 journal

    Primary Goal:

    Recomp

    Specific weaknesses:

    Rear Delts
    Lower Lats
    Hamstrings
Athletic Performance / Quickness / Explosiveness

    Split:

    Day 1: UPPER
    Day 2: LOWER
    Day 3: OFF / Cardio / AR
    Day 4: UPPER
    Day 5: LOWER
    Day 6: OFF / Cardio / AR
    Day 7: OFF / Cardio / AR

    Nutrition:

    Macros: 50P / 30C / 20F
    Calories: 3000-3500

Why I personally drink so many shakes:

Very, very simple. I'm not a good cook, my schedule is insane, and shakes are also the most inexpensive source of COMPLETE protein... SLIGHTLY cheaper even than Tuna, Eggs, Milk etc... over time, the $$$ saved with this method has been excellent !!

Congrats on the 1st time home purchase- and sick transformation as well. Inspiration for the rest of us

Best with the pain management & rehabbing injuries- I used to think I'd never be able to lift again, but in time got much better (still a ways to go)

So, coming back from injury seriously sucks overall... but I feel blessed to have almost full ROM again and my bench is up to 275 x 3 x 6 (pr is 315 x 5/6 easy reps)
I really like triples, and some of the new equip. at my gym.
