    What to eat before bed?

    So im one of those people who has a very fast metabolism and just an hour or two after dinner im very hungry again and i want to know what is the best thing to eat before i goo to bed because i know that eating unhealthy food or even having too many calories before bed isnt good because your body will store them as fat and they will not be burnt up, so in your opinion what is a good meal to have right before going to bed that wont store so many calories as fat.

    It is untrue that calories consumed before bed are "stored as fat". You can eat anything you want before bed as long as it fits within your calorie and macro/micro nutrient targets.

    ^^ That is inaccurate. This is where you have demonstrated a need to read the stickies in the nutrition forum. It is not about the caloric content or macro breakdown of a single meal, but rather, that of the entire day that matters in the big scheme of things.

    I always lol at people who think eating before bed makes you fat! I like to make me a protein brownie before bed.
