Companies come out with new pre-workouts all the time. With that being said, I have heard several people have found the best pre-workout supplement is one they create at home. I'm wondering who out there has developed a great pre-workout mixture that they have found to be more beneficial than brand name supps with prop blends and such.

I've been playing around with this a lot lately using real fruit as a base. Today I did
5-6 spoonfuls of fresh watermelon
About 1/4 cup of dried cranberries (I found these in the back of the cupboard)
1 teaspoon Creatine Monohydrate
200 mg caffiene
I've also been tossing a sweet potato or yam into my post workout shakes too.
Basically, the Nutribullet has opened up a whole new world of stuff for me.https://www.********.com/CalebQuinnFitness
