    300g of chicken breast

    does anybody have a picture of how 300g or even 400g of chicken breast looks like? if you can post a pic i'll gladly rep you, no scale or access to one today

    300g of raw breast would cook down to about 200g. This is about 8oz, or one split breast (basically one breast piece butterflied down the middle):

    Incorrect.

    Cooking method, heat and cooking time will have a pronounced impact on the delta between raw and cooked weight.
