Fastest way to get back into Ketosis after carb-up?

Hi, I was wondering what is the best (fastest) way to get into ketosis after a 24 hour carb-up on CKD?

    Thanks in advance

    Do a depletion style workout.

    yup.

Ive been a bit more "indulgent" with carbs lately (dirty ones at that) and i get back into keto very quick, hell sometimes never get out of it. If you only carbed up for 24 hrs then a depletion workout will do the trick, HIIT, or just start eating super high fats again and your body will adapt back into keto.

    Anyway...

Sunday is my rest day but i will go for a slow run after my last carb meal. Around an hour, hour and half. Hiit is good but it really isn't a long enough duration activity to deplete glycogen stores, i would stick with the long SS run.

Monday i do legs and arms and eat mostly fats. I will go walking for an hour too.

I'm normally back in Keto by Monday evening.

    Everyone is probably different though?

Nah, most people are not special little snowflakes.

also depends on how you carb up, i just have a day of junk, not trying to maximize carb intake.

a lot of the food i eat on carb day is still fatty, my local hole in the wall burger shop makes the most awesome, greasy burgers. sometimes i get a burger and fries. sometimes i just get two burgers... that meal has carbs but really it is still mostly just good old fatty red meat...

    know what i mean?

Atavis - what does GPP in your avatar mean?

OP: just don't sweat it, you're going to spend most of the week in ketosis and until you're getting down to single digit fat, 12 hrs here or there isn't going to make or break ya

    General Physical Preparedness

You might also call it training for fitness or work capacity.

I've tested yesterday on ketostix and still not on ketosis... Something must be wrong, the day after my carb up i made my diet 70-80% out of fat, had lots of mayonnaise, avocado, coconut/flax/olive oil, did a ****ing rape leg workout and still not in ketosis...
Maybe next week i'll try cardio after my last carb-up meal, at medium pace for 1 hour

Thank you all ! I'll not measure it on ketostix, since they are highly unreliable.
