I'm starting my second week of keto (having great results so fat).
I'm sitting at 12.5% BF (calipers) with 18mm of fat on abs.
Goal is set to 9-10% then, bulk time.
Although, after looking at some pics of other guys rocking 12.5% BF, I'm starting to doubt I am too.
I do feel my abs and been crunchin em for a while now but there's this annoying fat trolling me.
Judging by the attached pic (relaxed pose), what's your opinion? You think this is 12.5%?

Thanks for the quick response man!
2011/12/03 Calipers Measurement:
Cheek: 4,8mm
Chin: 6mm
Chest: 7mm
Triceps: 7mm
Rib Cage: 6mm
Back: 10,2mm
Hips: 7mm
Belly: 18,2mm
Knee: 5mm
Calves: 4mm
That's what I was starting to think too. Might bulk during the cold season then resume my cutting when I got some muscles to work with.
Wondering if I should stick with that keto diet while bulking...
Anyway, thanks for the props man! Attached another picture so you can see my overall progress so far. Can't see the body but it gives a good idea of where I started at! 195lbs to 132lbs.My StrongLifts 5x5 log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=140678801&p=800258551#post800258551

No more like 15-16%
You don't have a lot of muscle mass yet
In general, you will see an outline of the abdominal plate at about 14-15% depending on how developed the abs are.
At 12% you should be able to see a 4 or 6 pack flexed, and at 10% you'll see a 6 pack at rest
I'm about 11% in my avi for comparison"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

* this, with the exception of water. I'm 10.9 in my avi, but look closer to 13, as i am not afraid of carbs or sodium lol. Also, 10% on 230 lbs will always look softer than 10% at a lower weight. Got a buddy at 10% at 160, he is wayyyyy ripped. I guess at higher weights technically you are carrying more lbs of fat at the same percentage. Only thing I can figure.

Ok. So I should bulk.
How much time?
You guys have any workout to suggest me?
Ideally, to go with my keto depletion workout, I'd like to do something like a 3 day split (which I am doing right now but I'm thinking I might get better results with proven workouts from here you know). My StrongLifts 5x5 log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=140678801&p=800258551#post800258551
