19 to 10% BF in less than 12 weeks.. Excellent job man, way to go!
What was your routine like? And any specific cutting supplements?
keep up the hard work"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens."

Thanks man! Yeah right around Christmas I will be slowly going off the diet. I tend to gain fat pretty easily on a bulk, so I will probably do a clean bulk and do everything I can to stay under 12%. probably start another cut in April, starting a lot leaner, and try and take it down farther that 7-8%

You've got a great frame - broad shoulders and chest - which is lucky for someone your height! So many tall people have really ecto frames!
I don't think that you were 19% on that September pic, but you are certainly around 11% now, so great cutting
Have your lifts suffered at all with the cutting? Good luck getting to 7% for Christmas. That will be another 7 or 8 lbs to lose.
I think that you've got the right idea about bulking as well - IMO there's no point going on a dreamer bulk - you may as well look good and feel good on the way, and keeping at or around 12% is a good state for looking good but being able to slowly add more strength and muscle"Better to wear out than rust out!"
