It's fine, use it up, take 3g daily. Next time though research BEFORE you buy.

I now.. I was looking for prolab creatine, but didn' find it.. And i heard that creatine mono is creatine mono regardless of the brand. Only 3g a day? i was planning on loading for 1 week with 20g and then take 5g.Originally Posted by rhadam

theres no need to load.. 3-5g/daily and plenty of water trough out the day.. i do not know about that creatine but next time you could look into allmax or ON.. theyre micronized creapure thats a little plus.

I've taken that one before, results were the same as other mono powders. I took 5 grams a day, no loading. If I recall the powder was a little gritty but that doesn't matter.Originally Posted by RufioStill

Yeah, I think this creatine is not really that good.. can't find much about it on the internet. Damn I hope I don't get any crazy side effects from it lol. Oh well I guess It's better than buying walmart's creatine with all the sugars and crap. Next time I'm buying online. I really feel like loading, but I'm ****ing scared haha guess I'm gonna decide tomorrow.

HPLC is good. :)
HPLC is a scientific term, not a marketing term. Creapure is a marketing term, although they are effective too. In my experience, I think I using HPLC Pharmaceutical Grade Pure Creatine Monohydrate is the way to go. Puritan's Pride (Myology) is an example of this. Take 5g every morning and an additional 5g after workout with your post workout drink. Good day.

I just bought the same creatine myself, buy one get one free. Half way through my first tub and I enjoy it, only downside is having to weigh it out on a scale. I'm seeing noticeable strengths and muscle gains
