Wow, never realized how foreveralone full blown body builders are(srs)
I work with this cop who is a "natural"(hehe) bodybuilder. Dude is madd big and lean. Me and him were in the gym at the same time last week and come to find out we live in the same townhouses. To make a long story short. We started talking and were supposed to go watch some football games at a bar this past weekend. Dude told me he has no friends, no kids, no girlfriend. Hes 29 and all he has time for is eating, sleeping, lifting and working. So he never showed to the bar and i saw him today and asked him what happend. He told me that he missed one of his workouts and had to make up for it by working out twice on saturday. Thats crazy to me. what kind of way is that to live your life????

guy at my gym is the exact same way. he weighs about three fiddy and is lean as **** and works out twice a day. man, ZMA does amazing things to test levels...
