    Smile How can I get a deeper gap between each pec?

    Just wondering what exercises would help get the gap between each pec deeper? (Which exercises will make the inner chest bigger) Thanks

    Most people will tell you that you cannot target your inner pec, I am one of those people.

    To make the "gap" deeper just add more overall size to your chest. You can't really do anything else.

    More size and less fat should give the look of the pec spacing. Chest shape is genetics.

    use 1 side of a cable machine and set it at shoulder level, do light enough weight so you're just pulling the weight inward like a fly movement with only your chest, you'll feel the inside of your chest squeeze as you're hand moves past the center of your chest, try to keep the cable in a straight line in front of you, basicly a standing cable fly only using one arm and bringing it past the center of your chest, one of the few ways you can target the center of your chest.

    First get some mass....then if you have genetics you will have pecs close....

    Oh and close grip bench press and dips hit the inner part of the chest a lot through stretching and strain....

    Besides all that....low BF if you store there BF......
    If your body cannot handle it, make sure sheer willpower will.....

    these 2 excercises actually help the outer chest get that curved look while flexed, don't do much for inner chest, not trying to be a troll i'm just stating a fact

    that sounds pretty good.
    you can try to also drag a bench to cable section, set it on incline and do flyes on it, but lift from the waist, not the sides.
