I'm taking it right now. I don't know about the quality specifically, but I assume it's fine. The main thing is that for your 2g of EPA/DHA, you need about 7 pills. With OxiMega you need closer to 3. I don't consider the extra pills to be a big deal, but it's something to be aware of when comparing prices. I also get nasty fish burps with NOW Omega 3, so I take them all RIGHT before bed, and hope I fall asleep before the burps start (this almost always works). I've not yet tried OxiMega, but I have some sitting here for once I've finished the NOW. I don't think it's supposed to have the same fish burp problem (not that fish burps count as a big problem).
