omg best shoulder workout ever.
did it for 6 months on a bulk, saww amazing gains, notably in my rear delt from the bent over raises. amazing.

Thats what i think too. Though im sure that routine would be great if you were plateauing. Don't think im anywhere near that though.
My routine:
3x standing press
3x standing lateral raise
3x upright bb row (slightly wide grip)
2x db front raises
3x face pulls
I just replaced arnold press with upright rows because I am really trying to bring out the tie-in area between the medial/rear delts.
A note on the arnold press...I just found out Ive been doing it wrong for 3 months lol. I would start in the correct form, but then swing my elbows out into basically the standard db shoulder press position and push up. Guess all i really did by doing that was activate alot of stabilizer muscles lol.
