I check my girls facebook just every month or so to make sure shes not out of control and out of the blue she changes her password. I asked her about it and she gave me this "oh i have had the same password since i made my account i needed to change it"

what do you guys think about this? Is she hiding something from me?

No, Trust but verify. Take what she says at face value but always follow it up, Then she earns it. Personally a relationship is like a business venture.
