Hi!
Just a quickie - I am 52 and have been lifting for many years but a I've got older I have lost focus a little!
I weight 80kg and am I'm good shape for my age
I appreciate that I have lost the 'sweet spot' as far as BB goes but know I can still have a good physique despite my age.
I have, over the years, used routines like 5x5, HST, and am currently trying Jim Stopani's routine on the front page on this forum.
I am enjoying the Stoppani routine and after a couple of months I feel am getting good results.
The thing is - I find that this routine is demanding on my recovery and my recovery is not what it used to be!
What routine, in your opinion, would be good?
I fancy Allpros's routine as I find that if I work out 3 days a week, Mon to Fri, I have time to recover from the weights with a bit of cardio. I think this is my preference but still want results!
Any observations from the mature lifters would be appreciated - any other top routines would be welcomed!
Thanks - Jules

Dump Stoppani, go with allpro.
And this recommendation has nothing to do with age, but simple appropriateness. No brain, no gain.
