Nice session RB.
I actually did chest today as well. (great minds think alike)
I had a go at DTP with first half being flat and second half being inclined. Still pansey pink dumbell weights but it was something.

70lb DB flys is insane, and then you added "slow and deep," lol thats just nuts.

thanks. i was going for the whole "lower slowly and explode up"
then there was a guy next to me doing 70lb flyes but only going half way so i figured what the hey
it wasnt too bad. a nice slow count down then push strong to the top. really had to watch my shoulder
