indeed. think about it brotha; hands rotated 90 degrees to pistol grip style and elbows locked in to really isolate outer lats. pull, squeeze and hold that til you nut
that is one beautiful GHR machine. mirin, jelly, etc

That is one cool looking cardio machine. I have never seen on of those before.
170 DB row is beyond beast mode.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.
