the new flavours are great. i like them in this order: snake fruit, watermelon, fruit punch
ive used carnivor off and on for awhile. i solved the foaming problem and posted it in the supp section over a year ago.
the fruit and blue were the best flavours imo! (i dont think i have those though )
To Mix: dont shake and dont blend!
use an immersion blender and dont break the surface. pulse. stop and push the sides down. pulse. repeat. NO FOAM

Although I don't think I've ever seen that quote, I am a firm believer in what it says. I also believe being self sufficient is important. Life can change awfully quickly

Killer back workout, RB. Thanks to reading some of your workouts, I've been doing more D-ring pulls on the lat pulldown and seated cable row .. really hits it differently

that is true. now its ok to be "dependant" on someone but its better to do it out of friendship instead of necessity

intras are good at any time. they help you gain lean muscle on a bulk and they keep you energized on a cut.
due to my slow metabolism when i cut, my energy drops really low. which is why i value the intras more on a deficit.

no prob
BCAAs are used as energy when your body is lacking calories
(basically more muscle mass retained, and a greater percentage of lost body fat)
but i also like to sip on a drink when i workout too
and to answer your question raigs, i got the BCAAs from a local friend so ill be finishing up the bottle before starting something another one

i used to take two ON BCAA capsules pre and post workout and would get a little buzz from it and every time i mentioned it on these boards it was dismissed as something else. now that i have been on IF for a couple of months and the only thing i consume before breaking my fast is aminoX i can guarantee that that sensation is caused by the BCAA's-anyone else get this? i really like it actually
