^ This!
Same here! I broke my sternum in high school, so I'm hesitant to go very heavy on DB Flies! 80 lbs is pretty beastly! Hopefully your shoulder heals up quickly for you. One of mine has been getting aggravated every time I do BB Bench and Dips. I'm trying to do some rotator cuff work a couple times a week to see if that helps. My 5/3/1 Log: http://tinyurl.com/6qhhydx (current)

Sorry to hear about the shoulder man. I had some serious shoulder pain for a long time after a heavy bench program. I got a joint supplement with MSM and that shiz actually works. Are you taking any joint supps?
Just read your supp list. Disregard question.Come visit my journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136191701&page=67

wanted more but ill settle for that
thanks E
at least i can pinpoint what happened.
i was doing single-arm DB Incline Press with the 90s and went really deep.
(didnt feel it for hours later, then it got tight)
i believe ill switch up the game plan and give it more time to heal
and im taking Glucosamine, MSM, Fish Oil & Osteosport (cissus)

I haven't done incline flyes in a long time. Great job getting 'em done with 60#, 70# and 80#. That's a heavy pyramid.

huge session Ryou!
Starting with flyes and pyramiding to 80 x 4! Most people would be happy to incline press those, but flyes? FTWThat's heavy!
Huge HS inclines
Bummer about the shoulder but you gave it a pretty good testing with the pec deck to finish
Nice mix starting with the flyes and a really good workout"Better to wear out than rust out!"

i need to build up my upper chest so incline work is mandatory
probably a strain or pull from those deep incline presses
before the shoulder was buggin, i was planning on pressing the 120s
thanks fit. im going have to adjust my workout now to compensate.

Dang your db flyes are ridiculous. I don't think I've seen anyone attempt 80's. Not even the few huge bodybuilders at my gym.
225 x 8 with a bummed shoulder...still strong brotha.
