i can move 315+ but i find it harder to get the contraction i want
same goes with overly heavy shrugs
storm showed me how to do these. only difference is i use a tripod stance when i row
strap into a DB, then put the other one across the top in front of your wrist like in the pic
(i usually wrap my wrist with a towel because the grip will cut into your wrist)

man I gotta figure out how to do that tripod row. our DBs only go up to 100. and tried it the other day but couldn't quite figure out how to get the DBs we have to fit that way.
