Hard work doing the high rep 315 deads after those 140lb rows
I like the way you are throwing in all those 15 rep sets now and going heavy ... 100 x 15 DB rows; 225 x 15 deads; 3 plates x 15 T bars 
I know that I should do more high rep stuff for hypertrophy, but I get too lazy.
The pump in the lats and the lower back must have been huge!
