thanks. the 140 was rather heavy. i think it might have been 145. i dont keep track of what that EZ bar weighs
i lift at a big name gym and this is to a small one. but theres more serious lifting equipment so im gonna wreck everything

Damn, shoulder pressing the 100s and 140 lb. curls. Not bad for a guy who doesn't do arms hardly. I wish I could go to another gym for a couple. I'd probably overtrain and need a deload after those two weeks.
