180 grams protein a week? You might want to bump that up a little.

Eggs, oats, grits, frozen chicken breasts, ground beef, rice, beans, corn, etc. are all very cheap.
Try buying from Sams or Costco when possible to save money.

An average intake of ~26 grams of protein per day for someone your size is acutely deficient. And a caloric intake of 2,000 calories for someone your age, height and weight is likely too low as well.

Because your TDEE is likely 50% or more above your BMR.

this is my first time cutting do you think 2348 calories a day would be okay with these macros. im 5 ft 9 at 185 pounds. I made a diet in my spending limits and have no room for more protein.

    Drop carbs, up the fat.

Eggs, oats, canned chicken, rice, potatoes, frozen veggies, bananas, olive oil, black beans, yogurt, cottage cheese, beef, seasonings.

You should be able to get all that for ~ $50 and create a weeks worth of meals. Just get creative.
