Hellsession 1 shoulders & arms
Monday dec 5,2011. Time 3:00pm-5:00pm longer than usual today our strenght seemed down.
No cardio today.
Mood. Ok. Tj was irritated today
Exercise
Seated front raise. Warm-up 65,75,85lbs SET 1 95 SET 2 95
Dumbell side raise Warm-up 15lbs. SET 1 20 SET 2 20
Barbell front raise Warm-up 40lbs. SET 1 50 SET2 40( FAILED HORRIBLY )
Barbell curl. Warm-up 45,65lbs. SET 1 75 SET2 80
Reverse barbell curl. SET1 65 SET2 65
Reverse barbell wrist. Warm-up 30 lbs SET1 30 SET2 30 (FAILED HORRIBLY).
Barbell wrist curl. Warm-up 50lbs. SET1 60 SET2 75

Woke up feeling groggy I slept a lot more than normal this weekend.
MEAL 1 2 Scoops protein. Blended with milk and 1 cup oatmeal
MEAL 2 3 eggs,1 pack of tuna 2 slices of white bread bottle water.
MEAL 3 another protein shake 2scoops with milk and 1000mg of vitamin c
MEAL 4 chicken breast 1cup rice bottle water
MEAL 5 turkey 1cup rice bottle of gatorade
MEAL 6 another shake 2scoops with milk
Log will improve I'm using my cell phone.lol

NOTES: Woke up at 8:48 am feeling sluggish.10:09 layed back down Felt tired. since addind rage's adjustments to our macros im hungrier between meals more than usual.And also TJ is starving between meals also.todays workout was great! we both pushed each other in a good competitive way!!! we both have made significant strength gains from last weeks leg day!
@@@@@ hey rage the comp scrabmled our exercise weights, it goes like thi rio warm up totals,tj warm up totals. then rio working sets, tj working sets.
next log will be done one at a time to avoid this problem. thanx
