last month i got to day 6 without fapping.... figured how ****ty could fapping feel the next day if i do it now? answer? fukkin terrrible. i felt so shiity.
had sex0rz 3 times during those 6 days w/o fapping and DID NOT wake up the next morning feeling like crap.
today is november 30th, 2011 and i am going to get to 2012 without fapping. totally cereal brahs.
things i noticed after 5 days:
increased confidence/esteem
a complete IDGAF attitude + alphaness
increased libido
increased energy
improved focus
could be placebo (not saying it's not) but i felt TITS.
