Have any Canadian brah's ordered off there?? If so, how's the shipping time and the duties/taxes? Since bb.com doesn't carry any stim-free fat burners or Hemavol, I need to resort to another planet.

hey man, I usually ship my supplements from another planet to point Roberts... in fact all my supplements. save on shipping, Haven't gotten charged across the border yet... I might though this time bringing back around 400+ worth of supplements and a i7 2700K cpu

I actually called this morning to speed the process if I had to switch flavors. She said it was in stock and shipping out today. Who knows, could have been blowing smoke as I havent received confirmation yet so we'll see.

I ordered on the 24th, got an email saying that my Xtend wasent available, i told them to switch it out. Got another email yesterday saying that i can get the original flavor i wanted because it was available now. I just want my stuff dammit. Love their prices but damn this shipping is killing me.

Ordered late on cyber monday, was shipped tuesday and delivered friday. I had to pay duties/taxes, it was $15 on a $90 order.

If you go to the planet, Click on My Account on the top right, My Order History, View your order. There is a tacking number that you are able to click on and it shows you the updates right on the planets website.

espondence about a delay. To not be able to ship an order within 12 days is unac
ceptable. Nothing I ordered was labeled as being backordered when I placed my or
der, so even if that's the cause, it's still a failure to communicate on your pa
rt. It's frustrating to drop over $250 and then pay for shipping when the produc
t can't arrive within two weeks. I look forward to hearing how you intend to mak
e this right.

latest, Wednesday.

Am I a douche or is this a reasonable complaint?

I'm pretty sure it took this long, at least in part, because I ordered CL products that showed low stock with a statement about potentially holding up my order.

Its insane to wait for something that long no matter how busy they were. They are full of crap and did't have most of the stuff in stock. I would bet that they waited for the orders to come in to see how many of each item was ordered and then placed their orders to fill the products after the sale. Having to wait for the products to arrive and then ship them out would account for the large delay.
Overall I would say this is pretty crappy service

Exactly. I ordered from 3 companies within 3 days and got 2 of the orders in less than a week. Not impressed with a cut/paste sob story of how they were overwhelmed. I just got a tracking # for an order placed on the 24th yesterday.

1. If you could care less, that means you care. The phrase you are looking for is to say that you "could not care less"

2. You should care. I am a customer. I have previously spend hundreds of dollars at GRN...in just one of multiple orders. And I post here on bb.com quite a bit...I also talk to a lot of people in person and IRL about where to purchase supps

3. I believe it to be rather poor taste to come into this thread about a competitor (who doesn't have reps or employees on this board as far as I know) and openly badmouth them while making assumption.

4. Congratulations on driving away customers by being an asshat. Oh, wait, your lack of good deals and crappy website interface beat you to it.
