    I ordered on the 24th, got an email saying that my Xtend wasent available, i told them to switch it out. Got another email yesterday saying that i can get the original flavor i wanted because it was available now. I just want my stuff dammit. Love their prices but damn this shipping is killing me.

    Ordered late on cyber monday, was shipped tuesday and delivered friday. I had to pay duties/taxes, it was $15 on a $90 order.

    I have not yet received a tracking number for this purchase, nor any e-mail corr

    Its insane to wait for something that long no matter how busy they were. They are full of crap and did't have most of the stuff in stock. I would bet that they waited for the orders to come in to see how many of each item was ordered and then placed their orders to fill the products after the sale. Having to wait for the products to arrive and then ship them out would account for the large delay.
    Overall I would say this is pretty crappy service
    Such much Placebo in here.

    Exactly. I ordered from 3 companies within 3 days and got 2 of the orders in less than a week. Not impressed with a cut/paste sob story of how they were overwhelmed. I just got a tracking # for an order placed on the 24th yesterday.
