Can I overdose?

First off I'm not a suicidal attention seeker I just wanna know if I could take 3 sleeping pills rather than the recommended two pills per serving. Sorry if you think this doesnt relate to bodybuilding but it kinda does. This past week I've been sleeping 3 hours a night, going to bed at nine and always falling asleep between 1-3 in the morning and I feel like its messing with my gains!!! and like Mr Marc Lobliner said "THIS AINT A GAME!!!!!!" Thanks

Go for it ive tookin five at a time and nothing horrible happened so take three just dont end up relying on them to sleep at night

I would stick with the directions written on the label if I were you.

rather than resorting to sleeping pills you should be trying to figure out WHY YOU'RE ONLY SLEEPING 3 HOURS PER NIGHT.




FYI: It's not "messing your gains". Go do some research.
