    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I first got started in bodybuilding at my high-school and have continued doing so for about half a year now. I have been making good progress but with my weight it just doesn't show. I weigh in at 219lbs (last time I checked) and I 5"8'. Currently I am in the process of getting a bench press for my house with an extension for legs + dumbbells. I also have a tub of monohydrate creatine. Once I get my equipment (in a week or so) I'll be working out a lot.

    If anyone has any suggestions, tips, or anything else for me please leave it below!

    P.S. forgot to mention that I am 15 years old if that has to do with anything.

    you gotta good base but train as hard as you can and eat as much as you can before/ after training. youll gettt hugggeeee ill def be mirin. based on your weight tho you should cut if ya want, and about the creatine be sure to drink alot of water while using it because it retains water and uses it to make energy for your muscles with sugar & oxygen. so with creatine take it with juice or something sugary.
