    Give it a go, what works for other people might not work well for you and vice versa. Many successful bodybuilders (Ronnie Coleman included) and powerlifters turned bodybuilders (C. T. Fletcher) have trained arms everyday, whether it be to bring them up from being lagging body part or simply for the 'curls get the girls' mentality of wanting big biceps. It is important to fuel and rest any muscle properly particularly if you are going to train them everyday so make sure your nutrition is the best it can be in your circumstances. I would suggest that if after a short while you don't see any sort of improvement whatsoever then go back to training arms less regularly as otherwise you will end up being stuck in a rut. As other people have already said though, it will take time and your expectations have to be realistic; are you taking progress photos or measurements? A lot of the time it's easy for one to look in the mirror everyday and take for granted what they see, it's often only when one looks at a photograph of themselves in the past that they realise the progress they've made.

    All these peeons aren't being serious. No don't train biceps every day. If they are tiny do them twice a week. Isolate them on back day and then have another day where you focus on them. I have a bicep/back day and a tricep/bicep day. Pump the **** out of them. Do 5 sets of 15 and just hit them as hard as you can. They will grow.

    Ignore anyone with their anecdotal responses and look at muscle protein synthesis, it's elevated 48-72 hours after lifting, so this tells you that everyday would be unnecessary, while every other day or 3x weekly would be sickening.////

    There are NO rules in bodybuilding, so try everything and see what works for you. Just make sure you switch it up. Give your joints/ radius and ulna a break by alternating barbell curls with preach, conc. curls. Focus on light weight with a nice "pump." Aside from your powerlifting exercises that should make up your core routine, I believe in instinctive training.
