    Would this be okay for an 18 year old?

    What do you guys think of tribulus? Would it benefit me in any way? Im 18, 165 pounds. Ive been lifting for a couple years. Let me know because I was told it would help.

    From personal experience, it didn't work for me and I'm 18. The only way you'll know is if you try it but I'd say keep your money and invest in something for worth while and something that will benefit you more.

    At 18 you need to not worry as much about supps as you should about what you're eating and getting all the protein/calories you need to put on weight. Tribulus has had a lot of studies showing its not near as effective as its lead on to be.
