Thank-you good sir!
I can say that I've worked hard on everything to bring it all up put in particular this off season has been about gaining some gun beef back.
-and side delts can never be too big for a bb'ing stage except if they're syntholed up.
I am flattered Jay, thank-you.
Yes, I can go for a repeat better performance tomorrow (Sat.) but thinking I was so close only to end up a relatively "few" pounds short was a tad dissapointing.
-and I really dislike messing with a camera when training.
You know it my iron brother!
That call is music to my ears and always has been.
It appeals to the warrior and the fiend in all of us.

Do not underestimate the power of the synephrine!
30 mg of this is about = to 8mg of ephedrine
-without a highs and lows, not as much as an increased HR as the ECA stack, and a good amount of extra sweating to indicate the thermogenic effect is actually working.
I use it with 200mg of caffeine but no aspirin.
I give this supplement 5 stars and is an awesome substitute for ephedrine.
I’m also noticing some good stuff from the DAA, not too sure yet, it seems subtle like mood, a little more edge to me, clarity of thinking (no b.s-this is a sign of Test, this is why men and women think differently), and considering I’m on a cal deficit and my strength hasn’t dropped that’s a good sign.
-and the wimenz, they just need to walk by and I’m ready
Back, thickness

De-load
Can’t go wrong with these exercises;
BB Good Mornings
20x45, 20x95
10x10x155

15,500 lbs.
BB Bent Over Rows
10x10x155

15,500 lbs.
31,000 lb. total
I know this was de-load but I’m starting the GM’s and rows from the ground up as of last week and didn’t feel the need to drop the weight when that has been accounted for already.
It is starting to mentally hit home, my crunch time is approaching too. Ample time, but none to waste for the comps.
Now this, this is a Ms. Olympia!

Hi Brian, am trying to catch up after being side tracked for a while. Looks like I missed quite a bit. Course you know I only come here to look pics of the women that you post. Srs tho, you know that your insights/results with DAA continue to interest me. Looked at your vids and my first impression was: "Holy crap dude!" Am convinced that I'm not trying hard enough considering the fact I've never had leg or back problems. Awesome GVT numbers all around, specially on a de-load; very inspiring.

200 mg of caffeine and 30 mg of synephrine make for a wicked combo for fat burning CF!
Damn straight!
They shoulda kep crowning Lenda the Ms. O instead of giving the nod to a very unfeminine Iris Kyle.
LOL
Thanks and repped back!
LOL, I hope "holy crap" = good?
I work around injuries and try like heck not to incurr any new ones! i'm too young to be crippled because I can't control myself in the gym.
The DAA has potential Bob, I'm going to experiment with it until I find whether or not it is definitely effective or not.
And what did you get from it Steve?
How long were your cycles for? I am aware you stacked it with triazol(sp?).

After a short convo with one of the PT’s from my gym (a former physiotherapist) I have come to the conclusion the tendons in my left elbow are inflamed.
The damned Icarian tricep extension machine and my insistence on GVT’ing the stack are probably to blame, thing is repping the stack did not hurt at the time.
I have meds and a plan for this…
Arms
GVT- modified
De-load
Tricep cable Pressdown
30x50, 25x50, 2x60, 20x70, 10x100—lots of w/u’s to baby my horseshoes
10x10x150(stack)
-using the stack is part of Fiend rehab
15,000 lbs.
Overhead cable tricep extensions
20x100
Simultaneous supinated DB Curl
20x15, 15x20, 10x25
-they get such a wicked pump I have to move on before I cannot use ‘em!
Hammer Strength Preacher Curl, PWO
10x45
10x10x70
7,000 lbs.
-this exercise bothered my elbow more than PD’s, time to switch it to old fashioned BB curls in the squat rack
1 arm @ a time supinated DB Curl
6x40
Suspended leg raise
10x10
Stationary bike @ the gym
45 min
That’s it, no glory, no glamour for today, just guts.

A very definite WTF happened today?
I woke up, took my sweet azz time getting prepared for leg day, pulled a Kai Green and decided I wasn’t ready yet.
Then I took an uncharacteristic nap.
By the time I woke up it was very late afternoon and the Kai Green in me decided to once again prep for leg day.
After more time doing this I later decided it was okay to be lazy today and did cardio only.
After reading a post by Layne in Vytis’ journal I am attempting to switch my cardio on the weekend to multiple short sessions totaling my prescribed cardio time.
A.M
20 min Stationary bike @ home
P.M
25 min. Stationary bike @ home
FTR
I EARNED being lazy today
-no regrets
In passing…
My beloved PlayStation 2 has been with me for 5 contests and I have ridden my stationary bike 3 times the world over playing the same game that makes this mind numbing activity palatable.
Today the Playstation 2 did not work!
After vehemently attempting to resuscitate it I am forced to admit that it is DEAD.
RIP
Brian’s Playstation 2
-cardio will never be the same without you, you will be eternally missed.

RECORD SET!
1st set with 450 makes it official
I am past the million pound mark for total pounds lifted for leg training since the start of 2012.
Yay me.
And then I proceed to go ape sh*t and went knocking on the door for
*insert Hulk Hogan vice here*
MAX WEIGHT BROTHA!!
10x630, 10x990
bb.com exclusive, AA’73 leg pressing 1,080x6 (it was 8 but the camera phucked up)
-after GVT’ing 450
-no wraps, no music, no sound
-NOW THAT’S PHUCKIN’ CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-ugly sweatshirt on as it was weigh in day and needed to sweat some more, does anyone know where I can get nicer ones than this??
Like something mesh??
8x1,080
Leg press calf raises, PWO
5 sets of 20 reps x450
5 sets of 10 reps x450
Later on in the Fiend cave;
30 min Stationary bike
5 min LIIS
15 intervals
10 LISS
I have made myself into fine instrument of leg warfare haven’t I?
Weigh in did not go great, lost .2 of a lb. but I’m not surprised given the introduction of the DAA.

Solid leg presses and awesome vid, B. I've found that I like to w/o in long sleeves & sweatshirts - keeps the muscles all warm and adds to the holy-cow factor when you strip it off at the end of your workout. Keep 'em in suspense!

That's the way I feel about my PS2!
Yes Rich, this time I'm sure. I hired an accountant to go through the #'s too! LOL
u bugger
I don't know if it looked as heavy as it felt but I've never videoed that before and the camera was in hand...thank-you.
Yes, I caught that my dear.
We train.
other "workout".
-and my ladies loved you and thought you had stellar calves!!
Was it all worth it?
Thank-you.
I thought after years of having it my journal on here that maybe I should supply some video proof I can actually do it.
Thanks Kevin.
I wish I could say the same.
So I'm gunning for the lame horse who came from behind, won the race, and died at the finish line.
I like seeing my relatively "new body" move, better able to see the changes from day to day, and when it comes to enticing the females...that does not seem to be a problem lately.
Its a beautiful thing but I know it won't last forever.
Thanks E!

Damn this DAA stuff is gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.
Nattie 'roids ROCK!!!
Once again I was looking forward to squeezing the crud outta my lats on back width day.
The visualization process seems to come automatically through the work day and when its done I really can’t wait to get in the gym!
Random “stuff”
-I think I’m going to switch gyms for 3 months. Back to an old stingy stanky hole in the wall called Panther Gym, a boxing/MMA gym.
http://www.panthergym.com/
The atmosphere where I currently go;
http://www.worldhealth.ca/locations/...er-avenue.aspx
just ain’t cuttin’ it lately.
I am sacrificing an assisted pull up machine, cardio equipment, and hygienic standards to go back here but I really do feel like I need a place where I can go and seclude myself and focus on my training and not have the civilians get in the way.
I can pose any where in this gym, the members are sympathetic to competing bb’ers, EVERYBODY TRAINS, and when I’m feeling low pretty much everyone around me is a fighter and I have a tendency to soak up others energy.
Back to business…

I had umpteen people ask me questions tonight…”my back is injured, what should I do?”, “how many grams of proteinz should I be eating”, “why did they hire xxxx?”…
WTF am I??

I’ll put my beef against any endo, meso, or ectomorph any day of the week.
But I’d give my left nut to lose some of that beef and be able to get lean like a normal person seems to be able to.
Some days being a hardcore endo just sucks azz.

Of course, any results I post from my first DAA run are completely anecdotal, but it was one of the most successful stretches of training I have ever had. I made strength gains at a faster rate than normal, my energy and endurance were at an all-time high, and my appetite for pounding the iron was elevated. I was hungrier between meals than usual, yet my body fat decreased slightly. Overall size with the tape measure did not really move all that much, but I did add some body weight despite the slight fat loss.
How long were your cycles for?
I am aware you stacked it with triazol(sp?).
I can honestly say that of all of the supplements I have ever used, the DAA/Triazole run made the most discernable difference in my training. It was a fun combination to run.

I've found that a hoodie and visible earbuds (ipod white ones work well) tend to keep others away. If they say something softly, I ignore as if I can't hear them. If they say it loud, I yank out a bud and give them a pissed/confused look.
Glad to hear all goes well with the DAA.<Insert witty comment and inspiring quote here>

I don't think so, but they already are getting gawked at which is a good thing!
Great news!
Your post covered it all.
I have no comments nor questions...it was that well laid out, thank-you Steve!
-and Bob thanks you too
And this is the type of supplement I like to try, backed by some solid research as well as anecdotal evidence. Don't mean sh*t in the lab if it can't be transferred to the field.
IMO, Bob, you really have nothing to lose except $40, and in the big picture, $40 in this case is worth losing.
Could be like creatine and some people don't respond...but what if it did?
I've changed that around the last while Jay, although I allude the "Fiend" that isn't me anymore. I want to be approachable, I want to be friendlier, I spend too much time in the gym for people to be all pissy with me.
But I know where you're coming from, even LOL'd @ the thought of you pissed tossing out the earbud.
I just need to be around some folks who know the value of training.
I am very impressed with it, and everything else with my training and prep.
I'd like to pull a Rocky 3, go to Russia and train in some Stalag until the shows are over, free from distraction and stress.
But then the bills wouldn't get paid that enable me to this fun stuff in the 1st place.
Working sucks Will.
I want a supp contract and to move to the Mecca!

I didn’t think I would be able to weight train today due to a meeting in the evening. Turns out work was dead, I booked early to train, went to my meeting, and got nominated to go to some hyooge convention in October that gives me 2 days out of the office.
Suckaz!!
Got there early and my goodness there were beautiful, big, boobays EVERYWHERE!
And the DAA is working very well for the libido…
I contemplated rubbing one out in the bathroom so I could train without sprouting woodrows in front of the hotties but decided that they should and would be honored to know they caught my attention.
Seriously, cleavage on hawt wimenz is a major distraction in the gym.
WTF was I doing here again??
