In the near future i need to cut my BF%..
Is it best to do cardio after a 45 min work out or to do it on alternative days that i dont work out.?

You will find that people have found success by doing cardio on days that they did not lift, as well as those who found it while pairing it with lifting. I was doing cardio separate, then I started pairing it and now I do splits. I found success and plateaus with all of them. Figuring out the necessary rest has been the most difficult part.
