    How long should i rest in between?

    Hi, alright lets say i worked my chest, arms and abs on friday, how long should i rest before I work again? is 3 or 4 days enough rest?

    My routine is

    Chest:
    4 sets of 8-12 dumbell Bench press
    3 sets of 8-12 incline dumbell Bench Press
    3 sets of 8-12 Pec fly machine

    Arms:
    4 sets of 6-8 barbell bicep curl
    3 sets of 6-8 wide arm pull ups

    Abs:
    Crunches
    Knee raises

    and stuff like that, so if i worked on friday, is it ok to work on it on tuesday?

    three days is a minimum especially if you are lifting heavy with low reps. It really varies, if you are eating a lot and taking some supps you can get by with 2/3 days rest, otherwise for a large muscle group like chest or back you definitely want to rest 3 to 4 days. I would say go for it on Tues
