Any of you teens tried this for either bulking/cutting?
A, results as far as muscle gain goes
B, results as far as fat loss goes
C, is it a nice diet or does it take serious commitment? (cant see myself getting full up on fat and meat...)

Why not make one for yourself that has foods you enjoy and the amount of meals that fit your schedule?

No but it can limit how much fat is gained, do you even know about the diet approach im talking about?
You consume <30g carbs in week, and then high carbs low fat on weekends...
This should create high test, while allowing low glycogen so you burn fat instead of carbs
so in practice you can gain muscle while not gaining much fat atall (bulk)
or if you cut, its possible to loose very if no muscle atall while shedding fat fast and easy.
Basically a simpler keto approach which was used back in 1990's before steroids came about
