believe it or not i got even leaner than that. this is a bad pic, but its the leanest and lightest i got (150 lbs)
and this was before i knew what a macro was or how to count cals. I do think i messed up my T levels though because if i were to go back and guesstimate, my fat intake for 5+ months was maybe 30 g/day. I think it has since bounced back though eating 100+ Gs/day...id say im still fairly lean, just took a pic for reference... but i maintained the single digits for close to 3 months. id guess im around 12% now.

1 question though: 10% bf at end of cut (pic in shorts) or now(pic in the jeans)?....but yeah my long arms are a blessing and a curse. 13.5 inch flexed, haven't grown at all, and all pressing movements are extremely weak. My deadlift, however, is unproportionately high. 405 is my highest tested 1rm but it went up pretty easyxTUNAx CREW

13.5 is not what they look like. so DGAF about the measurement. Arms are the only thing for me that won't grow too...they're finally getting there but I have to devote an entire day to biceps and then hit em again 5 days later.
Not surprised about presses being weak - I'm your exact opposite, pressing 365 sure, dead is 525 max, if I'm lucky lol.www.xccellence.com
