Max I ever saw on a scale: 216. Probably not even the largest weight either - just didn't get on scales much for a number of years.
Lowest: 148, this August.
Now: 170. Put on 10-12 lbs almost overnight when I started bulking. About 10 more lbs in the 3 months since then. Cannot fathom how I was ever carrying around 45 extra lbs of fat on top of this - already feels big and bulky and slow. Now if I could just start feeling strong too...Think you can, think you can't - doesn't matter. Either way, you're right.
