    Question about my diet

    i am currently on a cut with a diet I'm really happy with. I'm having no issues sticking to it and have lost 35 lbs in about 2 months. My day is as follows- Meal 1 at 8:00 am, Meal 2 at noon, Meal 3 at 4:00 pm, Meal 4 at 6:00 pm, and Meal 5 at 9:00 pm. Meals 1,2,3, and 5 consist of 1/2 lb of lean, trimmed bottom round steak (beef) cooked on a foreman grill at 400 calories a piece. Meal 4 is some sort of cereal (carb intake) which ends up being around 600 calories. So at the end of the day I'm getting about 2200 calories which works out fine for me.

    I know my diet lacks in variety but I take vitamins, adequate fiber capsules, and 12600mg of fish oil throughout the course of the day along with about 200 ounces of water. I also take dren and the diuretic XPel.

    My question is-am I getting enough fat? I feel great and don't seem to have any hormonal imbalances or anything of that nature but I wanted to get another take on it. I stick to this diet everyday, weekends and holidays(even thanksgiving). I don't drink anything but water (sober for 9 weeks and going strong).

    So help me out brahs, am I doing it wrong?

    Edit: my stats aren't current, I'm down to 275.

    Your diet is acutely deficient in micronutrients and is likely deficient in dietary fat. Your energy intake is also likely deficient. And your rate of weight loss is troubling, as it's too fast, which can have a range of negative effects.
