    Can i achieve this???

    So, basically I'm trying to lean bulk from now until September. I really need to be ready by then so i don't have time to waste. I did some calculations online and saw that i have 102 days to bulk, which comes out to 14 weeks.

    So if I'm aiming to gain weight, can i gain 14 pounds in the next 14 weeks? or should i even aim to gain 2 pounds a week for a total of 28 pounds.

    I'm currently 5'6 and weight 112 pounds.

    What happens in September? Are you LIFTING? 2 pounds a week will result in significant fat, but you're painfully thin...

    Your going to look small and weak anyways because everybody there is on steroids plastered in fake tan and extremely low body fat.

    That being said you need to gain some serious weight. 1lb a week would be good

    I thought .5 lbs. a week was the natural limit for muscle gain

    I am not planning on bodybuilding competing until I'm a bit older in 2 years. I was just trying to gain weight in those 102 days because I want to look a little bigger and not look like a joke cuz I'm too skinny.

    there's no "limit" its dependant on genetics, training and diet. At his weight 1lb a week is fine till he hits atleast 140 imo. 112 lbs at age 21 is ridiculous

    Incase this would help, some of my stats:

    Age: Actually 15
    Weight: 112 lbs, around 8-10% bodyfat because my lifts are pretty ok for my weight
    I eat around 3000 calories everyday
    Train 1 hour and 30 min, 5 times a week
    And lastly do around 40-60 minutes of light cardio. Like 20 min in total running and 30 min walking.
