Basically i was doing face pull with the rope above my head and pulling it towards my face with a lean so my body weight dosen't pull me forward. I then watched some videos and changed it a little and lowered it to chest height and changed the grip to a hammer grip where i can only do about 17.5kg wheres before i could do 22.5kg ?? can i continue doing the first one and holding it normally instead of aa hammer grip? thanks.
