    knew a kid when he was 15 he benched 315, and first time deadlifting he didn't even know what it was called he pulled 405 with ease and squatted 315 for the first time ever squatting. he was black though and fat. but like the powerlifting type of fat guys with huge muscular arms with a fat coating over it and a gut.

    he's my age now 17 - 18 but he is still just as strong he doesn't even workout anymore. he has a sister who is ****ing 15 who is benching 205 for a few reps....a ****ing female at the age of 15.

    I am 15 and my first ever Deadlift was a 225 pound set of 3-6. My bench press was 115, now 135, and my squat is 225 too. Im sorry I just felt like throwing this useless information out there,

    btw: I never touched those bars until two weeks ago. And no, my form is good, i got a PT helping me keep good form.
