    Im 15 im a Running Back and i squat 435 for 4, i dead lift 385 for 4, my bench is 210 for 4, and my power clean is 250 for 4 and my 40 is a 4.6...but keep in mind ive been doing this since 6th grade im a freshman now and just start going more weight less reps just dont get stupid or youll get hurt.
